The Society of Servants of God (SSG) was founded in 1954 as a result of the spiritual guidance that Dr. Dinshah K. Mehta had received in meditation. It was registered on October 7, 1955. Dr. Mehta was the founder and chairman for life.
The aims and objectives of the Society can be briefly summarized in the following three main tasks:
- To help people find their Divine Self within.
- To introduce and propagate spiritual values in all aspects of life.
- To bring about unity in diversity of religions.

FSSG = Friends of the Society of Servants of God ®
Currently, there are the following organizations in the world that represent the teachings of Dr. Mehta:
- ASSD e.V. (Germany)
- SSG India
- SSG USA
- FSSG USA
- FSSG Canada
These organizations each have their own board of directors and operate partially independently of each other. According to Dr. Mehta, the main task in dealing with his teachings is the preservation, interpretation and propagation of the teachings. The ASSD e.V. follows this wish of Dr. Mehta.
THESE TEACHINGS WERE GIVEN BY GOD FOR MANKIND
We are at a turning point in the history of mankind. It is time that the teachings given to humanity through Dr. Mehta can also spread throughout the world.
Every organization that represents this treasure of knowledge should, independently and in accordance with its own Divine guidance, do its best so that all the people of this world get a chance to study these teachings for the 3rd millennium in the original.
May every soul who studies these teachings be blessed and find what they need at this moment to grow even closer to their own Divine Spark in their heart, to experience Divine Guidance, and to gain enlightenment to become more and more in service to the Divine on this planet.
